What is Ketovore and why has this term become so popular over the last couple of years?
Most people who decide to take the step to move away from a predominantly carbohydrate based way of eating start with a low carb or 'keto' lifestyle. Mostly for weight loss reasons, and that's what may have led you to this website. The natural next step for people on their journey to a better and healthier life is the understanding that certain plants can cause a wide range of health and auto immune issues. Some people progress to a carnivore way of eating, which is a restrictive but effective.
Ketovore is the optimal way of eating based on meat, fish, eggs and limited dairy along with selected low lectin, low oxalate vegetables.

Fasting
Fasting is a large part of my coaching, and something I believe is crucial for optimal body health. Again its something that I tailor with my clients to be achievable. The benefits of fasting are huge and not only weight loss related. Fasting promotes autophagy and gives your body and digestive system a break from processing food, which can boost so many functions in your body.
From intermittent fasting, to one meal a day, to extended water fasting, we can discuss and plan what you are capable of doing and relative to what you want to achieve from your coaching.
